So true, and I feel like it gets beaten out of us in our jobs... As we try to sound professional, we all end up sounding the same. Hold on to your originality. Your perspective is totally unique.
A really hard lesson to learn is the over delivering, never asking for a pay rise, waiting for all the evidence to show why you deserve the promotion - it literally doesn’t pay to go stealth mode!
